Term & Conditions
1. Confirmation of booking is done for 20,000/- advance payment
2. Amount is non‑refundable on cancellation of booking.
3. A deposit of PKR 10,000 will be held by the management to ensure safety of the property; this amount will
be refunded at the time of check‑out after an inspection of the farmhouse is conducted.
4. PKR 1,000 service charges are payable at the farm in cash.
5. CNIC will be collected when you check‑in for security purposes; it will be returned at the time of check‑out.
6. No responsibility for failure of electricity / generator.
7. If any illegal activity is observed at the farm, the booking will be cancelled with no refund of the amount.
8. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the farm’s property during your stay.
9. Please take care of the accommodation facilities; you are responsible and liable for any breakages or
damages that are caused while you occupy the farm, including any incident that may occur.
10. If any damage is caused to the property, you are responsible to cover the full cost of replacement or
repair.
11. For late check‑out requests, an additional charge will be applied.
12. The farm’s management reserves the right to require a guest to leave if he/she is causing a disturbance or
behaving in an unacceptable manner. It is agreed that the guest will conduct himself/herself in a respectable
manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the farm premises.
13. Maximum of 40 persons are allowed.
14. For groups above 40 persons, PKR 1,000 per head will be charged.
15. Weapons and illegal stuff are prohibited.
16. All outdoor areas are under constant surveillance, except private areas.
17. In case the booking party organises an event at the farm, they are requested to bring their own generators
to power their equipment.
18. Any commercial gathering like a concert, music night, qawali night, or any other such event where passes
are distributed for entry will not be allowed at the farm.
19. Any equipment, appliances, furniture, or accessories at the farm will not be displaced from their location.
